Privacy policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This policy explains what information Danville HVAC Help ("we") collects through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you send us, such as your name, contact details, general location and a description of your heating or cooling problem, when you email us or call.
- Phone call details. If you call a number on this site, the call may be routed through a call-tracking service that records the calling number, the time and length of the call, and, where announced at the start of the call, a recording of the call.
- Basic technical data that web servers log automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We don't use advertising trackers or sell this data.
How we use it
- To answer your request and connect you with an independent HVAC contractor who serves your area. When we make a referral, we share the details needed for that provider to contact you and understand the job.
- To keep records of requests and calls, for quality and to resolve disputes.
- To improve the information on this site.
Who we share it with
- The service provider(s) we refer you to.
- Vendors who run our email, phone and hosting, only as needed to provide those services.
- Authorities, if required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the information you've sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@danvillehvachelp.com. Once a provider has your details because you asked for a referral, their own privacy practices apply.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
